Ariadna Gutierrez is a Colombian actress, reality star, model, and Miss Colombia 2014. She placed second at the 64th Miss Universe pageantry in 2015. Her acting credits include xXx: Return of Xander Cage (2017), and Celebrity Big Brother. Gutierrez was born Ariadna Maria Gutierrez Arevalo on December 25, 1993, in Sincelejo, Colombia. Her parents are Marjorie and Maria. She has four older siblings, Jorge, Wilson, Shirley, and Josefina. The family moved to the city of Barranquilla when she was only 7 months old. Gutierrez attended the German School of Barranquilla. She’s fluent in Spanish, English, and German.

CAREER
Gutierrez won the title of Miss Sucre Colombia in 2014. She went on to represent the Sucre Department at the 2014 Miss Colombia pageantry. The competition took place in November 2014, in the city of Cartagena de Indias. Gutierrez bested Natalia Ochoa Calle (Antioquia), and Jessica Guevara (Cauca) among others. She won the crown of Miss Colombia on November 17, 2014. Her victory marked the first win for the Sucre Department. Gutierrez represented her home country at the 2015 Miss Universe pageant. She was mistakenly announced as the winner by the show’s host Steve Harvey. The title of Miss Universe 2015 actually went to Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines. Gutierrez has been featured on magazine covers like Cosmopolitan, Hola, and People en Espanol. She’s currently signed to the Hispanic talent agency Latin World Entertainment (Latin WE). The agency was founded by Sofia Vergara.

In 2015, Gutierrez appeared on the Spanish television program Primer Plano. She was featured on Steve Harvey’s syndicated daytime talk show in 2016. That year she starred in the music video for “Al Filo de Tu Amor” by Carlos Vives. Gutierrez made her big-screen debut in the action film, xXx: Return of Xander Cage (2017). She was cast in a supporting role as “Gina Roff”. The film was directed by D. J. Caruso and starred Vin Diesel and Donnie Yen. The film made $346 million at the box office. Gutierrez returned to the small screen in 2018 for the spin-off series Celebrity Big Brother. The series premiered on February 7, 2018, on CBS.
