Caldwell, ID (CBS2) — A rollover crash on Karcher Road claimed the life of a Nampa woman on Thursday morning.

Idaho State Police are investigating a rollover crash that occurred around 8 a.m. on Thursday morning.

Police say a 41-year-old Nampa woman was headed eastbound on Karcher when her 1997 Toyota Tacoma went off the right shoulder and rolled in a field just west of Ashland Drive. Karcher Road was blocked for two hours as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.

Police say the woman was not wearing a seatbelt. She was transported to the hospital where she later died from her injuries.

Idaho State Police are still investigating the cause of the crash
