Yes, Zendaya Is A Mom To Her Dog Noon Coleman- Instagram Explored

In 2015, during Christmas, Zendaya welcomed a black miniature Schnauzer into her home and named it Noon Coleman.

With more than 27.1K followers and 322 posts on her Instagram, Noon is one of the top celebrity dogs.

According to his Instagram bio, Noon, Zendaya’s male Schnauzer, is fond of taking long naps and is most skilled at getting on his Uncle Darnell’s nerves.

Darnell Appling is a famous Instagram Personality currently working as Zendaya’s assistant.

The Euphoria Star said that Noon peed thrice on her bed at night when he was still a baby pup, and she didn’t care. It shows how affectionate she is to her dog.

Although Zendaya, herself, is probably the one who handles Noon’s Instagram account, she is referred to as a “Mom” to her furry pet.

Noon’s recent Instagram post on March 7th is a video of Zendaya cuddling him, and the caption says, “The best duo! No one else compares😌🐾”

As crazy as it sounds, only 8.51% of total Instagram users have more than 20K followers, and Noon is one of them, and the fun fact is that he doesn’t even care.

Noon’s Instagram is filled with his pictures and videos with Zendaya, dog memes, and his “mom’s” awards and achievements.

Zendaya had another pet before Noon

Zendaya’s previous Schnauzer, a large black one, went by Midnight before she welcomed Noon, a miniature black Schnauzer, into her life.

At eight, little Zendaya got Midnight as a gift and spent 11 great years with him. He died in October 2015, two months before Zendaya got Noon.

Zendaya shared a tribute on Instagram to Midnight, her faithful Schnauzer who had passed away, thanking him for his unconditional love and being a loyal companion throughout her life.

She expressed her love and gratitude towards Midnight, her longtime companion, and acknowledged the difficulty of adjusting to a home without him while also sending regards to Poppi in heaven.

Poppi was a teenage patient at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Jersey, and he died shortly after Zendaya met him and sang a song for him.

After losing Midnight, Zendaya thought she could never love another pet again until she received a new puppy, Noon, on Christmas Eve that reminded her of Midnight.

Zendaya and her current boyfriend considered adopting a new dog in 2022, but they have not taken any steps to do so.

Zendaya’s Love For Animals

Along with Zendaya’s pets, she is also an active advocate of animal rights and compassionate about all domestic and wild animals in general.

During the Human Society of the United States Los Angeles gala, Zendaya and Kate Mara, and Leona Lewis urged attendees to contemplate adopting a vegetarian lifestyle.

Zendaya’s decision to become a vegetarian was strengthened after watching a PETA video, “Glass Walls,” which exposed the inhumane treatment of animals in the meat industry.

In the interview, she clarified that she started following a vegetarian diet because of her love for animals and not because she likes eating vegetables in general.
